Not Satisfied? Let Us Fix It First

If something in your report feels off — incorrect details, unclear guidance, or a section that doesn't resonate — email us and we'll regenerate or revise it at no extra cost. Most concerns are resolved within one revision.

30-Day Refund Policy

If you're still not satisfied after we've tried to resolve your concern, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Email us at support@themindfulascent.com with:

• Your order number or checkout email address
• What specifically did not meet your expectations

Our team reviews each request individually. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Report Not Received

If you have not received your report within 30 minutes of payment, email us and we will either resend it or issue an immediate refund.
